Delivery Information

In-stock merchandise is normally shipped within 48 hours from receipt of order and takes 3-8 business days for delivery depending on your location. Since we ship via UPS and FedEx, please provide your street adress as they do not deliver to a P.O. Box. If an item is temporarily out of stock, we'll notify you of any shipping delays of over two weeks.  Delivery charges are non-refundable. *Alternate shipping methods available, please call for rates.

Fast Delivery

Need your package sooner? We offer UPS 2nd Day (two Business Days) service for an additional $12.00 and UPS Next Day (one Business Day) service for an additonal $32.00 from the day your order ships. Saturday delivery available for an additional $10.00. *Exceptions may apply during the Christmas Season.

Gift Services

We'll ship gifts anywhere in the country and include your personal message handwritten on a gift card. Confirmation of order is sent to you. To order a gift - see Gift Order Selection of order form. If you don't know what to purchase for that special person, consider a gift certificate. They can choose from over hundreds of items in our retail store (if you don't see what you need in our catalog - just ask an operator) or items featured in our latest catalog (included). Gift certificates can be shipped to you or directly to the recipient (no shipping/handling charges for gift certificates). To order - see item "#5006 Gift Certificate" pre-printed on the order form.

Return Policy

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, return it within 30 days of the completion of your order and we will exchange it or refund the purchase price or credit your credit card, depending on your orginal payment, whichever you prefer. Returns received after 30 days qualify for exchange or merchandise in store credit only. Wrap returns securely and enclose the return form (included with order). Please send your package to us via insured (for your protection) and prepaid U.S. Mail or UPS. (If returning a gift, include buyer's name, address and what you'd like us to do.) Shipping and handling fees are non refundable. There is no charge for shipping on exchanges.

Special Orders

A $10.00 Restocking Fee will be charged on all returned special orders.

Credit/Debit Card Charges

Your credit or debit card will not be charged until the order actually ships.
